I visited the Liberty Restaurant on April 30, 2014. There was ample handicap parking. The parking was close to the entrance. There was sufficient room for wheelchair loading, and sufficient access from the parking lot. It was easy to access the curb cut. It was easy to enter through the door. The doors were lightweight and easy to open. The doorway was clear and unobstructed. There was sufficient room between the doors.
The interior of the restaurant was very accessible. The waiting area was quite small. The aisles between tables were wide and easy to navigate. The lighting was good. The seating at the table was easy to access. There were handicap accessible tables. There were plenty of accessible tables.
The bathroom was difficult to access. It was difficult to navigate to the restroom. The aisles in the restroom were narrow. The hallway to the bathroom was tight for a wheelchair. It was a small bathroom. The restroom was difficult to enter or exit. The restroom door was lightweight and easy to enter or exit.
The noise level in the restaurant was pretty loud. There was loud talking and the phone was constantly ringing. The staff was positive, helpful and kind. The staff was respectful and patient with me. The staff was also very welcoming.
The menu was easy to read with good contrast making it easy to read, but it was busy and cluttered. There were few or no pictures available on the menu. There were few or no dietary choices for people with dietary restrictions. The restaurant did not take special requests and did not have a senior discount.
The food was excellent, very fresh and tasty! I will remember this restaurant and come again. There was free wifi.
